USER CONTRACT / KORISNIČKI UGOVOR

1. PARTIES (STRANE)

This contract is made between preprodaj.me, based in Montenegro (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), and any person using, registering or posting on this platform (hereinafter referred to as "the User").

2. ROLE OF THE PLATFORM (STATUS PLATFORME)

  • Agent (Posrednik): The platform is only an 'information society service provider' under the Montenegro Law on Electronic Commerce (Zakon o elektronskoj trgovini).
  • Disclaimer (Odricanje od odgovornosti): The platform is not the owner of the products listed. The platform has no responsibility in bargaining, payments, product quality or delivery between buyer and seller. All commercial risk is borne by the parties.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS (OBAVEZE KORISNIKA)

  • Data Accuracy (Tačnost podataka): The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided phone number (+382) and ID information during registration.
  • Prohibited Listings (Zabranjeni oglasi): It is strictly forbidden to advertise and sell products (unlicensed weapons, drugs, fake invoices, medicines, etc.) that constitute a crime under Montenegrin laws.
  • Ethics (Ponašanje): If swearing, harassment or fraud is detected in messages within the platform, the account will be permanently closed.

4. DATA PROTECTION - GDPR (ZAŠTITA PODATAKA)

  • User data is stored in accordance with the Montenegro Personal Data Protection Law (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti).
  • Your personal information (phone, email) will not be shared with third parties unless requested by judicial authorities.

5. REMOVAL OF LISTINGS (UKLANJANJE OGLASA)

The platform reserves the right to delete or edit listings that do not comply with community rules, are posted in the wrong category, or contain misleading information, without prior notice.

6. COMPETENT COURT (NADLEŽNOST SUDA)

In disputes arising from this contract, Montenegro law applies and the Basic Court of Podgorica (Osnovni sud) has jurisdiction.

7. ENTRY INTO FORCE (STUPANJE NA SNAGU)

The user is deemed to have accepted these terms from the moment they click the 'Register' button or use the platform.
